For the first time in the rallies history this year a Western Australian round was added. Teams from the 'East' met teams from the 'West' in Perth for what would become a monumental battle between East and West. With an Eastern team coming out on top the western teams have plenty to prove in the eastern rounds following.
The next Rally is the NSW round in the beginning of June, the rally will feature stages in Goulburn, Sydney and Canberra.
With one of four rallies won and run the Canberra team of Simon Arthur and Martin Notaras are leading the championship for 2006, Hoping to defend the title both are very excited with the way there title defence has started. Both are confident of a good result in there 'home' rally in NSW in June. |
