Hi, Michelle said she had spoken to you at Indy, have been watching your progress, congrats for the Dutton, job well done. Believe you had an "off" on Gold Coast, Michelle left due to personal problems and didn't know the outcome - hoping you are O.K. and only damaged the car not yourself. Saw first race on Trackside Sunday. Will be watching for a win soon, good luck. Denise.

Hi and welcome to my message board.

First of all I'd like to thank my friends and family for all your support, it has been crucial to the success I am enjoying. I am happy with the direction I am heading, and it’s happening faster than I could have ever imagined, Thankyou!

I hope to win an Aussie Racing car race before the season is over, as next year it looks like I will move on from Aussie racing cars, without giving to much away. My results have been improving steadily since my first race at The Clipsal 500 in Adelaide in March so I think a win is realistic, actually I'd like ‘wins’ not just a ‘win’.

The Lotus Trophy Championship is coming along quite nicely, I have made some mistakes that have cost me the championship lead but I am confident I can rectify this with more race wins in the last three rounds. The next round is at Bathurst in October supporting the Super Cheap 1000, Racing on the worlds renowned 'Mt Panorama' will be very handy for my CV. I entered the Lotus Championship with one Goal - To WIN the championship, I still have that Goal firmly in my sites and have confidence it still can be achieved. If all goes to plan and I am the 2005 Class B Lotus Champion I am then rewarded by driving a Class A Lotus Exige in the 2006 Championship, on Mopro Australia.

My plans for next year are not concrete yet, I am looking at a few options, including driving a 'Formula' car for 2006.

My ultimate goal has not changed, I want to make a career as a 'Professional Racing Driver', If its in a V8 Supercar here in Australia then great, If its overseas then great.

Many businesses both Local and nationally have shared a huge part of my year so far, I would like to thank for there support -

Aussiefast Transport Solutions, Pulford Racing and Pulford Race Engines, Notaras Racing, National Neon Signs, Eric's Web Design, Whiteline Automotive, Edgars Inn, Martino's Hair and Grooming for Men, Zamoanti Excavations, Bandag Tyres, Yellow Corp, Jim Kershaw Smash Repairs, Belluci's Trattoria, Bruces Motorcycles, Supreme Drycleaning.

Please leave me a message, I check them regularly and your support means alot to me.

Cheers
Simmo
